Maximizer Software announces new mobile management tool

Maximizer Software, a provider of customer relationship tools, has recently unveiled a new platform that includes CRM mobile solutions delivered through the BlackBerry, the company announced.

The platform is called CRM 11 and provides an interface for sales management that is aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses and includes special features to optimize the software for smartphone use.

The CRM 11 mobile features include real-time access to content held on employee databases through the BlackBerry. Users can also use the smartphone to instantly access a dashboard for managing their customers’ history, sales leads and schedules.

CRM expert Barton Goldenberg says that CRM 11 will help give small business owners an edge in employee productivity through advancing mobile management capabilities.

"Workforces are increasingly dependent on real-time access to a common data structure, regardless of where or when they work," says Goldenberg. "CRM 11 is well-positioned to serve the SMB marketplace with enterprise-quality CRM tools for the characteristic 24/7, on-the-go SMB by freeing their time to pursue and close deals while leveraging the latest customer data at their fingertips – on their desktop, laptop or mobile device."

CRM 11 isn’t the only software available that can aid companies in their mobile management strategies. Software company Socialcast recently released its BlackBerry-ready enterprise activity stream engine platform that allows document access through the smartphone.ADNFCR-2628-ID-19704205-ADNFCR
