This is an emerging discipline within the enterprise that has become increasingly important over the past few years. The cost, risks and mission critical nature of mobility has accelerated the pace of sophisticated solutions.

MobilityCentral is a Software-as-a-Service application focused on three key dimensions of mobility management: workforce governance, inventory management, and spend management. MobilityCentral’s primary user is the mobility manager, but interfaces for end users and their managers are also included in the solution.

It includes carrier invoice processing, reconciliation, cost allocation, bill presentment, analytics, periodic and ad-hoc reporting and an accounts payable feed. Spend Management from MobilityCentral features BudgetCorrect™ Mobility Management, an alternative approach to traditional Telecom Expense Management.
5 What is BudgetCorrect™?
BudgetCorrect™ allows management to establish a multiple levels of budgets for mobile workforce based on needs. As invoices are processed for mobility managers, actual spend is compared against budget and overages are reported on through various reports. BudgetCorrect™ is exclusively from MobilityCentral.
6 What is Inventory Management?
Inventory Management is one of three primary functions of MobilityCentral. Inventory Management includes both hard Inventory (devices) and soft inventory (plans and features). Inventory Management allows mobility managers to track both user allocated and unallocated inventory. Inventory Management includes metrics, analytics and several reports.
7 What is Actionable Inventory?
Inventory Management from MobilityCentral features Actionable Inventory, the ability to create dynamic email distribution list off of any inventory attribute (e.g. model number). This allows for convenient and efficient communication with the mobile workforce for notification such as upgrades or termination of devices, plans or features.

Workforce Governance is one of three primary functions of MobilityCentral. Workforce Governance includes workforce directory integration, creation of mobility groups, individual mobility profiles, automatic policy publication and policy compliance monitoring.

10 How much does it cost? How do you charge for it?
MobilityCentral is a subscription-based service. The fees are based on a per-user/per-month model. (Regardless of the number of devices allocated to the user). Typically, fees are 0.5% - 3% of typical monthly carrier spend per employee for the full suite of functionality. Our implementation fees are typically less than 10% of the annual contract costs.
