- Submit your data to Visage Mobile for review

Download and Populate Templates
User/Group Management
Users are people in your enterprise who are, or will be, eligible to have mobile devices. User information is loaded into MobilityCentral via a User Template.
- Download the User Template
- This is where you gather your User data and prepare it for "loading" into MobilityCentral
- Hover over a field on the template to see instructions for completing that field
- Populate the required fields: First name, last name and email address
- Reporting Manager Email, Department, and Cost Center are highly recommended to increase functionality
- Populating additional fields on the template is optional
- Save the completed User Template to your local hard drive
- Once it has been loaded, user data is stored in the "User Profile" in MobilityCentral

- Important points:
- To correctly associate Users & Devices, the email address on the User Template MUST match exactly the email address entered on the Device Template
- If any REQUIRED fields are missing from the User Template, the record will error out when the template is loaded
Inventory Management
All Cell phones, Smart Phones and Aircards assigned to your users or held in your company’s inventory pool are loaded into MobilityCentral via a Device template.
- Download the Device Template
- This is where you gather your Device data and prepare it for "loading" into MobilityCentral
- Hover over a field on the template to see instructions for completing that field
- Populate the following required fields:
- Belongs To (Enter user’s email address or "Company Pool")
- Maps users to their devices via the email address
- Or assigns non-allocated devices to the "Company Pool"
- Device Type
- Phone Number
- MEID/IMEI/ESN
- Belongs To (Enter user’s email address or "Company Pool")
- Populating additional fields on the template is optional
- Shared devices can be identified by creating a shared user email
- Save the completed Device Template to your local hard drive
- Once it has been loaded, device data is stored in the "Device Profile" in MobilityCentral

Locate & Request Carrier Invoice Data
Spend Management
MobilityCentral publishes carrier invoices files obtained from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.

- AT&T :
- Provide Visage with a copy of your company’s current AT&T Invoice Data available via their WinCD
- Request a copy of your AT&T Smart Report for Equipment (Download a shell to submit to your AT&T rep and ask them to provide your company’s Equipment Report) Download the Template
- Verizon:
- Provide Visage with a copy of your company’s current Verizon Invoice data available via their MyBusiness portal
- You can find the Raw Data Download at the Verizon MyBusiness portal by going to the Analytics Tab, selecting Advanced Reporting, and clicking the Raw Data Download link
- Sprint:
- Provide Visage with a copy of the Customer's current Sprint Invoice data available via their Smart CD
- T-Mobile:
- Provide Visage with a copy of your current T-Mobile Daily Detail, Detail Summary, Subscriber Summary reports and your Statement file
- You can find these reports by logging in to the T-Mobile Business Solutions I-Billing/I-Analyst site
Submit your Data to Visage Mobile
