Zero International Roaming Use Reports

Welcome your travelers home by removing their costly, no-longer-needed roaming features. One of the greatest hidden costs associated with international roaming is forgotten roaming features that continue to bill month after month, long after the user has returned home. If you’re using ITRA, then you’ve already set up reminders for yourself to collect Skyroam devices and turn off roaming features. But if you’re not using ITRA, then you run the risk of incurring unnecessary feature costs. Tackle this risk head-on by regularly reviewing the Zero International Roaming Use reports in MobilityCentral. The “Zero Int’l Voice Usage” and “Zero Int’l Data Usage” reports are located on the Spend tab at the top of the page. These reports highlight wireless subscribers with internationally provisioned plans and features who aren’t using them, and also tells you how many consecutive months these features haven’t been utilized.
